If they are targeted, let’s say for gardening, you can sell them gardening related stuff, let’s say CPA offers or other things..

If you have 10.000 of them and 10% clicks the link and 1% buys or completes an offer you can easily make some money (just think about those CPA offers that have a $32 payout for a free trial products)
